THE RACIAL BERLIN WALL IN THE UNITED STATES
By
Timothy Aldred
To have peace on earth, we must tear down the Berlin
Walls of the world. Of course, the United States prides itself on being one
nation under a God of love and justice; as being a super power—the greatest
nation on earth.
So what’s with the
difficulty in tearing down the Wall of racial division in America? In 1961, it
was President John F. Kennedy who supported a democratic West Germany, and shortly
after, the communist state of East Germany erected the Berlin Wall as a
barrier that restricted freedom between East and West Berlin. This reeked havoc
over the years and was never an acceptable act, because too many people
suffered.
At this moment in our
time, we are at another Brandenburg Gate; as on June 12, 1987, U.S.
President Ronald Reagan challenged Mikhail Gorbachev, the then General
Secretary of the communist party of the Soviet Union, to tear down the
Wall dividing the city of Berlin. This was a symbol of Reagan's desire for
increasing freedom in the Eastern Bloc. And his challenge falls upon the status
quo in the U.S. today: tear down the ‘Racial Berlin Wall’…or our country will
ebb and decay from within, crumbling in on itself. There will always be
domestic, social warfare.
To quote the words of
President Reagan on June 12, 1987: “We welcome change and openness; for we
believe that freedom and security go together, that the advance of human
liberty can only strengthen the cause of world peace…this wall will fall. For
it cannot withstand faith; it cannot withstand truth. The wall cannot withstand
freedom…if you seek liberalization, come here to this gate. Mr. Gorbachev, open
this gate. Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!"
My new book, THE DARK SIDE OF THE PUBLISHING INDUSTRY, joins Reagan in this great sentiment. I discuss the details
of the lawsuit between my daughter, author Millenia Black, and Penguin Group,
U.S.A.—things Penguin doesn’t want my daughter talking about anymore, and when
you see what they are, you will know the reason why they gagged her. These
things reveal how the present-day practices in the U.S. book industry provide
indisputable evidence that a racial Wall was indeed erected many years ago. And
this racial Wall was erected in a much more insidious manner
than that which divided East and West Berlin. And it took
shameful, imperative demands for racial discrimination to be outlawed in the
U.S., making the unfair treatment illegal…
But can you outlaw the
mentality that produced and maintains the Wall in the first place? Who is responsible
for the Berlin Wall that exists between white writers and non-white writers of
America? White readers and nonwhite readers? White publishers and nonwhite
publishers?
In my book, I provide the authentic
evidence that illustrates how the real racial Wall has never actually been demolished—only
ignored; only denied. I am not gagged, and so the truth of Penguin Group’s
pro-white practices shall not be buried. And although hosts of Americans have lived,
suffered and died under some form of this suffocating condition for so long, no
President of the United States has ever spoken to it directly, or made any
affirmative efforts to tear the racial Wall down.
In fact this is such a
humongously intrinsic racial cancer, that President Kennedy could
only express the need to neutralized the hatred and have all people be
treated equally. But guess what? American racism is huge, like a killer whale,
and everyone is scared of it. Not even the greatest of presidents will touch it
head-on. No! Not Ronald Reagan; not William J. Clinton; and not even the latest
sensation, Barack H. Obama.
So who benefits from this
racial Wall? Everybody knows whom. But no matter its advantages, the fact
remains that it is imperative to all Americans that this racial Wall be torn
down finally; it so insidiously keeps the non-white writers in the publishing
industry traveling to the East for success, while so many others, who are
pursuing their goals without racial hindrance, stand by indifferent.
Tear. Down.
This. Wall.
